This week our Kindergarten class and Mrs. Butler/Ms. Ryan's Grade 4 class got together to kick start our English Reading Buddies incentive. Students will have an opportunity to read with their buddies once a week. Thank you to all of my Grade 4 students for being such wonderful helpers and leaders.
We have been working hard on representing numbers! As you can see, we have been learning how to use tallies and spell numbers. We used our classroom number line to help us.
A and B in action during our outdoor play. We have lots of athletes in our class!
Quick Reminders:
.Library books are due on Wednesday
.Now that the colder weather is here please make sure your child is dressed appropriately for outdoor play. Feel free to send in an extra pair of mittens and a hat for your child. We would be happy to store them in a safe place in our classroom.
I hope everyone had a great weekend and I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow!
Love,
Ms. Ryan
